Pinay mom parenting her Caucasian/Filipino daughter in suburban America.

For the last two weeks or so, this is the kind of snow we have been having— a view of it up in the mountains. It was forecasted for last weekend but all we got, here in the Colorado plains, was a lot of rain. Yesterday, the forecast was for rain and snow today, but when do you actually believe the weather man?
I guess, sometimes, by extreme chance, the weather man does get it right.

Mary was excited to see snow.

Mostly, so she can EAT it…

Mary is my "I'm Not a Baby!" daughter and this is my blog about her and our life in suburban America. Parenting tales, our travels and travails, forays into great and not-so-great restaurants, kitchen adventures--- all chronicled with as much photos as you can stand. Comments are very much appreciated --- let me know you dropped by! Thank you.
