I managed to pack some stuff just in case the fire reaches our home… luckily, it didn’t. After the fire was over, I checked what I had taken wrapped in an old blanket inside a hamper. The contents- old clothes that I don’t usually wear, jewelry, my wallet (which only had around 10 pesos), and a small statue of Jesus.
