Thanks to Indian Food Rocks for doing a post on Click, a monthly photo contest.  Otherwise, I would not have known about it.  The theme for the month of November is Noodles.

This is my entry.

I had wanted to send in a photo of MY favorite noodle dish= “1B” - Combination Vermicelli Noodle Bowl at my favorite Vietnamese Restaurant.

Combination 1B- Rice Vermicelli Noodle Bowl
I just love this dish. It has grilled, beef, pork, chicken, shrimp and a vietnamese egg roll on top of rice vermicelli, shredded lettuce, bean sprouts and sliced cucumbers, garnished with shredded carrots, cilantro and peanuts. For dressing, a small bowl of seasoned fish sauce on the side.While I was taking pictures of MY bowl, Mary wanted me to take pictures of HER bowl.

I think, Mary’s bowl does look like the better photo for the contest. So, it will be my official entry.
