Pinay mom parenting her Caucasian/Filipino daughter in suburban America.
Two weeks ago, Mary and I started on her 100th Day school project.
Today was the deadline to bring it in and we just got done yesterday.

Ok, I admit, the idea of having a 3-D project inside a plastic container was mine. Otherwise, this IS Mary’s project.
Here’s why:

Those black Play-Do pellets are supposed to be “poop”.
Only a five-year-old would think to include poop on a graded project.

Mary is my "I'm Not a Baby!" daughter and this is my blog about her and our life in suburban America. Parenting tales, our travels and travails, forays into great and not-so-great restaurants, kitchen adventures--- all chronicled with as much photos as you can stand. Comments are very much appreciated --- let me know you dropped by! Thank you.

Mary seems like a girl devoted to realism. I know how she feels because when I was a kid and watched westerns, I always wondered why the dusty streets had no horse poop in them and why the cowboys and Indians would get shot off of the horses backs, but the horses themselves rarely even fell down much less suffer from fatal gunshot wounds. Good for her and I know that her teacher will appreciate her observations and realistic presentation!
