A typical dessert plate filled off a party buffet.
That tube-like pudding is suman, steamed glutinous rice in coconut milk unwrapped (was wrapped in banana leaf), very slightly salted.
The sweets:
Leche Flan = custard, much like the mexican flan
Nata de coco, flavored with langka = chewy, almost like hard jello
Beans = sweet small white beans - my favorite on this plate
Macapuno = Coconut [...]
